Samsung Electronics has officially raised contract prices for enterprise memory and NAND flash products. According to supply chain reports, server DRAM spot and contract prices increased by as much as 25% to 30%, while enterprise NAND flash storage witnessed an immediate 5% to 10% uplift.
The price revisions are largely driven by massive cloud service provider allocations, where hyperscale data center infrastructure expansion for generative AI clusters has consumed unprecedented silicon wafer allocations. Conventional DDR4 and high-density DDR5 memory modules face compressed manufacturing lines as foundries prioritize High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) yields.
Peer manufacturers including Micron Technology and SK Hynix have signaled matching pricing strategies, with certain product lines experiencing order suspensions or allocation caps. For enterprise system builders and procurement officers, secure supply channel agreements have become increasingly vital.
INCUS IT continues to maintain strong direct allocations with tier-one semiconductor suppliers, ensuring continuous delivery of verified server DRAM modules, RDIMMs, and high-performance flash SSDs to our partners across the Asia-Pacific region and global markets.
